Rebranding

This team-based branding project for Sidecar, a local bar and music venue, focused on identifying core weaknesses in customer perception and creating a cohesive visual identity to drive engagement. Through comprehensive research—surveys, VOC analysis, and root cause mapping—we uncovered key issues: inconsistent branding, minimal outreach, and lack of youth appeal.
Our solution included a refreshed brand system: a unified logo, reimagined menu design, event calendars, social media mockups, and promotional posters—all designed to create a recognizable, energetic presence both online and in person. We also proposed a merchandising line to boost visibility and community connection.
This project showcases my ability to combine user research, brand development, and visual storytelling into an actionable marketing strategy, reinforcing Sidecar’s presence as both a bar and cultural hub.
